Passerinvest Group continues development of Prague’s Roztyly: work begins on extending Tomíčkova Street

The current connection of Tomíčkova Street to Ryšavého Street will be supplemented by a new exit from the 5. května feeder road. This addition will ease traffic heading to Nové Roztyly, i.e. Ryšavého Street. The extension of Tomíčkova Street builds on the existing road between the T-Mobile and Roztyly Plaza buildings, which is owned by Passerinvest Group via its subsidiary Roztyly Plaza. Currently, this street is used solely for transport accessibility of the buildings and for bus transport. The Tomíčkova Street extension project has received a final building permit and preparatory works for the extension have started. In addition to the road, the project includes new pavements and a cycle path, enhancing comfort and safety.

Passerinvest Group is also continuing to maintain the park it has created, adjacent to the Krč Forest, which plays an irreplaceable role in the area as a key natural feature and recreational space. The company has invested in the park, creating sports facilities such as a running track, an outdoor gym, parkour features, an outdoor fitness zone and a disc golf course. The renovation has also included the installation of new benches and informational panels.

“Prague’s Roztyly is an area with immense potential where nature and the city blend seamlessly. Our goal is to create a space that serves not only as a place to work and live but also as a venue for relaxation and socialising,” said Eduard Forejt, Business Development Director of Passerinvest Group.

The company plans to continue developing projects that will enhance this part of Prague, integrating it into the broader context of a modern city while prioritising long-term sustainability and responsible investment.
