AmCham Healthcare Council discussed finding the balance between education, incentivizing, and utilizing technology to increase prevention of major diseases

AmCham Healthcare Council in cooperation with the Vice-Chair of the Chamber of Deputies' Health Care Committee, Petr Fifka, gathered experts in chronic disease care and insuring that care, as well as a patients' association, to discuss the current status of prevention, what this government can do in its time left in office, and longer term goals to improve healthcare.

Finding the most effective balance between education, incentivizing, and utilizing technology to increase prevention of major diseases may be the single most important facing health care.

Because health care faces a basic, existential challenge. Since the system paying for health care was constructed when the country was much younger and citizens did not live so long, it was not built for citizenry that needs more care over a longer lifespan, and has proportionally fewer people paying into the system than using it.
