What
We may soon face a disintegrating, but nuclear capable Russian state, and China with territorial ambitions and the largest navy in the world. Security threats rise and fall, but they never disappear for long. And they can do strange and sudden things to markets (see Europe and energy, 2022).
Troy Thomas, Managing Director, BCG, Washington, D.C. served in the White House (2013-2017) on the National Security Council as Special Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs, Senior Director for Defense Policy, and Director for Strategic Planning. He also served as senior advisor to two Chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
