Regular HR Committee meeting, including a facilitated discussion on Cancelling Formal Performance Evaluations
In addition to our regular round of introductions/hot topics and organizational issues, we'll be discussing how some organizations are considering cancelling formal performance evaluations and what impact that could have on measuring employee performance and determining promotions and bonuses.
- What are the alternatives to the dreaded annual reviews?
- How can we truly measure an employee's value to the organization?
- And how should an employee offer the organization honest feedback in return?
We're looking forward to a lively debate and input from people who have real experience with these issues. Have you already cancelled/replaced formal reviews? We'd especially like to hear from you!
